Maree Oasis C/P

We stayed in this park on the 2nd night of our trip in Oct 2012; we were travelling with my in-laws, who required a room each night. We had the camper trailer.

The manager was a very obliging chap, who let us put up our camper adjacent to my in-laws room.

I enjoyed my time here. The cost was minimal (I've chucked out the receipts, but around $28 for 2 adults per night non powered)

There isn't really a camp kitchen, but there are places to eat. We had a BBQ.

When you consider where we were, it was a great place to stay & I WILL go there again. Probably not the sort of park for those who whine about no concrete annex slabs or no microwave in the camp kitchen ;)

I'd give it a 8 out of 10 for facilities in the outback & 10 out of 10 for atmosphere!

Thanks for the report Kevin.

I stayed at the Oasis CP in Marree some years back....the CP was very basic then and pretty cheap at only $18 for a powered site.

Last year when I was out there I free camped in the pub grounds.
