Your camper does it have a name?

Postby Paul M1 » Wed Nov 02, 2011 12:46 am

Have thought long and hard about naming my campervan........... decided it needed it's own identity

have christened it "LEVICULUS PEREGRINUS"

For all us ex alterboys it should be easy but for the rest translation from LATIN is

"EMPTY HEADED TRAVELLER"

If you ask Marg it sort of sums me up.

I was thinking on the weekend for a name for my "camper" but i couldn`t come up with any thing as clever as you did,all i`ve got so far Kerriy Kia but i`m not fussed so i will keep thinking on it. I`m sure now you`ve started this subject Paul all the funny buggers will get in and have a go... mentioning no names...

We have not named ours.....but it is a she.... and is just known as the "Customline".

My hubby would like to call it "Yes Dear"....as I usually pack it MY way, set it up MY way, pack it up MY way....only because it's the best way....and he just says "Yes Dear".... :*** :*** :*** :*** :***

Our Motorhome back in NZ We called ''''' ROAV'N '''''.....The ''RO'' Came from Ross & the ''''AV''''' Came from Avis.....& the ''''N''' Came from what we were doing out there.......Roving around......
We used a pic of a fishing rod to use as an underline.... :***

Our son Jack has named ours The Chocolate box as everything in it is chocolate colour including the pillowcases, doonahs, lounge, curtains, sheets and towels and the mats. He tells me it has to have real chocolate in the cupboards all the time to keep up to its name. :bunny
